** Return Policy **
All items have a 30-day return period. If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange it must be done within the 30 days of the purchase date. Contact us to inform us of the need for an exchange or return and obtain an RMA number. Ship the item back to us with all original materials, enclose a copy of the original invoice, write the RMA number on your shipping label. We suggest you use a shipper with tracking capabilities. Shipping cost for return of the item is at the purchasers' expense. Items returned damaged or with parts missing will not be exchanged or refunded.
If you just decide you don't want the part you ordered, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Items being returned for refund must be received by us in original salable condition with all original parts and instructions. Full refund (less shipping, handling & 10% restock fee) will be made by the method you originally used to make your purchase. For items with "free shipping" the amount of our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
